She talks about how for years she went through the motions of getting on with life but wasn't really dealing with the grief. The turning point came when she discovered energy work and the power of clearing unhelpful stuck emotion and energy. Jude now helps people, particularly parents who lose a child, navigate their way through grief with her Life After Loss membership programme and book called From Sadness to Sunshine.
